Convenient location close to airport with a reliable and regular shuttle bus. There’s a MacDonalds right in front, a Subway across the road and a couple of corner gas stations in which to purchase supplies. The room was large and comfortable. Metro line is close by.

Good location, near LAX. It was convenient to uber around if required. Price was reasonable. The complimentary shuttle service was appreciated. There was a decent breakfast spread and the rooms were spacious and clean.

I paid for breakfast when I was booking this hotel. On arrival, no breakfast coupon was provided. In morning, I asked is there breakfast included in my booking, they said no. Then I mentioned in my paid receipt breakfast is mentioned. So they gave me coupon. Unpleasant attitude. Second the hotel shuttle service arrived after 90 minutes, I called to inquire about shuttle, they didn’t clearly answer my query and in email they mentioned after every 30 minutes the shuttle comes. Third they make so much trouble in security claim money also. Not convenient.
